Parent/Teacher Conferences Thursday November 2

Dear Families,

Mark your calendar for the November Parent/Teacher conferences.

Thursday, November 2nd – Parent/Teacher Conference Day on Zoom

This a half day for students. Dismissal for all grades will be at 11:15am in their usual spot. In light of the early dismissal there will not be a lunch period, rather a grab & go lunch packet will be available for children who want it before leaving for the day.  

Conferences provide an opportunity for you to check in with the teacher and to ask questions regarding your child’s progress. The ten-minute conferences will happen via Zoom. Please plan to have your camera on when meeting with the teacher so that you can have a real face-to-face conversation.

Look for information from your child’s teacher about how to sign up for your conference time and receive the Zoom link. Afternoon conferences can be scheduled between 12:50pm – 2:50pm and evening conferences are available from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.

Our specialty teachers (art, music, P.E., science grades 2-5) will also be available for conferences on a drop-in basis. Parents will stay in a virtual waiting room in order of arrival until admitted by the teacher. The Zoom link for each specialty teacher will be emailed closer to the conference date.
